CNI: Automatic cutting centre for cutting at any angles

Automatic cutting center for inclined cuts on Aluminum profiles, designed and built for cutting of industrial Aluminum profiles intended for the construction of loading ramps, and then subsequently welded. The CNI cutting center is characterized by three controlled axes: bar feeding, blade orientation up to 180 °, and depth position of the indexing center. In this way it is also possible to make head and tail cuts with a point or cusp, with angles close to zero. The unloading of the cutted pieces takes place automatically through an automatic ejection system. It is possible to cut multiple stacked profiles.
