TSF: Cutting, drilling, tapping, milling

TSF has the following stations in a single machine: pneumatic bar feeding unit - inclined two-spindle drilling unit - inclined two-spindles tapping unit - 3 or 4 spindles vertical drilling unit - boring unit front - milling unit for central milling - cutting station: all these stations work simultaneously on the bar, allowing the creation of a complete hinge in a reduced cycle time. The TSF is a modular solution that allows you to choose how many and which units to mount to minimize the cycle time on the piece.
